I prefer the following individuals to live in my apartment

(Roommates and apartment assignments are at the discretion of the Manager)

Apartment Rules

1. Absolutely no smoking. If you smoke, do not apply to live in these apartments. No alcoholic beverages or firearms on the premises are allowed.
2. Each semester's rent is due the first day of occupancy. Subsequent semester's rent is due on the first day of each semester. Students may move in one week prior to the beginning of Fall Semester without an additional charge. Late charges will be enforced.
3. Apartments must be kept clean and in good repair. Cost of any damages or repairs caused by resident will be paid by resident.
4. No bicycles are permitted in the apartments. Bicycle racks are provided.
5. Overnight guests may stay no longer than two (2) days. No overnight guests of opposite sex permitted.
6. No pets of any kind are allowed on premises.
7. Residents may not use nails, screws or tape (or self-adhesive products) on the walls. Push pins only.

I agree to abide by the rules listed above. I understand that room assignments are at the discretion of the manager. I understand that unless my
application has been approved and I have confirmed my apartment assignment, that I may be placed in any apartment, depending on availability.

I have enclosed a deposit of $200. If my application is accepted, my signature below contractually binds me to stay Fall and Spring Semesters and to pay the rent of $ for each semester (see website for current rents). I understand that I am responsible for selling my contract
if I move.

If I decide to cancel this application, my request for a deposit refund must be applied for in writing at the address below at least 60 days prior to
the beginning of the lease term or it will be forfeited. A $30 processing and handling fee will be withheld.

Manager will notify you by telephone if your application is approved. If not approved, the full deposit of $200 will be immediately refunded.
